    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On January
    3,
    1994,
    Anne Shepard, James Verhein,
    and Jerold
    Leckman (complainants)
    filed a complaint against Northbrook
    Sports Club and the Village of Hainesville (Northbrook or
    respondents) alleging that Northbrook emits noise
    in violation of
    Sections 23 and 24 of the Environmental Protection Act
    (Act)
    (415
    ILCS 5/23 and 24).
    On February 3,
    1994, the Board granted
    complainants’ motion for extension of time to respond to motion
    to dismiss complaint as frivolous.
    Complainants were directed to
    file their response on or before March 4,
    1994.
    On February 24,
    1994, respondents objected to complainants’
    first and second set of discovery requests.
    On March
    2,
    1994,
    complainants filed an amendment to complainants’ January 31
    motion and a motion for extension of time to respond to
    Northbrook’s motion to dismiss the complaint.
    Also,
    on March
    2,
    1994, complainants filed a motion to dismiss Northbrook Sports
    Club’s response to complainants’ discovery requests.
    The Board
    construes this motion as a response to the objections to
    discovery requests.
    In addition, on March
    2,
    1994, respondent
    Northbrook Sports Club,
    filed a response to complainants’
    amendment to complainants’ January 31 motion.
    In part,
    the
    response states Northbrook Sports Club’s opposition to
    complainants’ motion for extension of time.
    The Board hereby grants complainants’ motion for extension
    of time to respond to motion to dismiss complaint.
    Complainants’
    response to the motion to dismiss complaint shall be received by
    the Board on or before April 4,
    1994.
    The Board reserves
    judgment on all other pending motions and requests.
