ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by G. Tanner Girard):
On January

1994,

(Act)
(415
ILCS 5/23 and 24).
On February 3,
1994, the Board granted
complainants’ motion for extension of time to respond to motion
to dismiss complaint as frivolous.
Complainants were directed to
file their response on or before March 4,

On February 24,
1994, respondents objected to complainants’
first and second set of discovery requests.
On March
2,
1994,
complainants filed an amendment to complainants’ January 31
motion and a motion for extension of time to respond to
Northbrook’s motion to dismiss the complaint.
Also,
on March
2,
1994, complainants filed a motion to dismiss Northbrook Sports
Club’s response to complainants’ discovery requests.
The Board
construes this motion as a response to the objections to
discovery requests.
In addition, on March
2,
1994, respondent
Northbrook Sports Club,
filed a response to complainants’
amendment to complainants’ January 31 motion.
In part,
the
response states Northbrook Sports Club’s opposition to
complainants’ motion for extension of time.
The Board hereby grants complainants’ motion for extension
of time to respond to motion to dismiss complaint.
Complainants’
response to the motion to dismiss complaint shall be received by
the Board on or before April 4,
