Petitioners state that the invoice at issue in PCB 94-53

is for work which was performed at the same site at issue in PCB

93-232, and note that the Board’s rules allow for consolidation

of claims in the interest of convenient,

expeditious, and

complete determination of claims.

Petitioners waive the decision deadline in PCB 94—53
