    This matter comes before the Board upon a July 27,
    1994
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) motion for
    leave to file its response to Envirite Corporation’s
    (Envirite)
    petition for a RCRA delisting adjusted standard instanter.
    On
    June 23,
    1994 the Board granted the Agency an extension of time
    until July 22,
    1994 to file its response.
    The Agency reports
    that Envirite has indicated that it has no objection to the
    Agency’s request.
    The motion to file instanter is hereby granted.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
