    On July 12,
    1994,
    Solar Corporation
    (Solar) and the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency)
    filed a joint
    motion for extension of time, which the Board granted on July 21,
    1994.
    On July 21, Solar filed a motion to substitute an original
    signature page for the signature page submitted with the July 12
    motion,
    since the initial filing was submitted with the Agency’s
    signature imprinted by facsimile.
    The notion to substitute the signature page is hereby
    granted.
