    This permit appeal was filed on October

    Sherex
    Chemical Co. has filed a waiver of the decision deadline through
    and including November 30,
    1994.
    Previous status reports filed
    by Sherex have indicated that an agreement has been reached with
    the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) and that
    this matter would be dismissed upon the issuance of a new permit
    by the Agency.
    Absent an additional waiver,
    the Board must decide this
    matter based on the record at its November
    3,
    1994 meeting.
    The
    Board orders the parties to file status reports with the Board on
    or before October
    15,
    1994.
