    ORDER
    OF THE BOARD

    On February 28,
    1994, the Board received a status report and
    motion to continue stay from petitioner.
    On December 16,
    1993,
    the Board entered a stay in this matter which expired on March
    1,
    1994.
    Cabot states that the reasons for the stay still exist.
    Cabot
    is seeking clarification from IEPA on a matter related to
    this RCRA permit appeal, and anticipates receiving such
    clarification within the next few months.
    Therefore, the Board
    directs that parties to file a status report with the Board to be
    received by the Board no later than August
    1,
    1994, and grants
    Cabot’s request for a stay until August
    1,
    1994.
