    On August
    5,
    1994, Spraying Systems Company
    (SSC)
    and the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency filed a Joint Status
    Report pursuant to the Board’s order of March 31,
    1994.
    The
    parties state that they are negotiating settlement of this permit
    appeal.
    The parties state that they will be meeting within the
    next two months to discuss means of resolving this matter.
    SSC
    has also provided a waiver of the decision deadline until March
    31,
    1995.
    The Board accepts the joint status report.
    The parties are
    ordered to file status reports by November 21,
    1994.
