    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by G.
    T. Girard):
    On August 8,
    1994,
    the Board received a joint status report
    from the parties.
    The parties report progress in resolving this
    matter.
    On March 25,
    1994, Olin submitted to the Agency a
    reformatted Part B Permit application.
    The Agency
    is presently
    reviewing the reformatted permit application.
    At this stage,
    both parties expect that any remaining issues will be resolved by
    mutual agreement.
    Therefore, the Board directs the parties to
    file a status report with the Board to be received by the Board
    no later than October 31,
    1994.
