    On August 11,
    1994,
    Chase Products Company
    (Chase)
    and the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) filed a joint
    motion requesting an extension of time for Chase to file an
    amended petition.
    Both parties ask that an extension be granted
    until October 31,
    1994 to allow the Agency time to complete its
    review of a draft amended petition, which the parties represent
    is to be jointly filed shortly thereafter.
    The motion is granted.
    Chase has until October 31,
    1994 to
    file an amended petition.
