    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G. T. Girard):
    On January 20, 1994, the Board received a motion filed by
    the Greater Rockford Airport Authority (Authority) requesting
    that the Board consolidate this case with Gunite v. IEPA, PCB 93-
    121. On January 24, 1994, the Board received a response from
    Gunite in opposition to the consolidation of the two cases. On
    February 1, 1993 the Board received a filing from petitioner
    captioned “Response to Gunite Corporation Brief in Opposition to
    Motion to Consolidate”. On February 2, 1993, the petitioner
    filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss this case. The Board
    grants the motion to dismiss. Therefore, the motion to
    consolidate is moot. This matter is hereby dismissed and the
    docket is closed.
