This matter comes before the Board on a joint status report

filed by the parties on June 24,

1994.

The parties state that a

revised permit application has been filed with the Illinois

Environmental Protection Agency

(Agency) which the Agency is

currently reviewing.

The parties expect a final decision to be

made on this permit application by July 5,

1994.

The parties

report that should the new permit be acceptable to St. Louis Auto

Shredding, these proceedings would be moot.

The parties request

a new status date of July 22,

1994.

The parties shall submit status reports to be received by

the Board and hearing officer no later than July 22,

1994.
