    This matter is before the Board on the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency’s
    (Agency) December 5,
    1994
    second motion for extension of time to file its response to Lone
    Star Industries’ petition for adjusted standard.
    The Agency
    requests an extension from December 2,
    1994 until January
    6, 1995
    to file its response, because several exhibits and appendices
    were missing from the Agency’s copy of the petition.
    The Agency
    states that Lone Star has agreed to provide the missing
    documents, and that Lone Star has no objection to the Agency’s
    motion.
    The motion is granted.
    The Agency’s response is now due on
    January
    6,
    1995.
