    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter is before the Board on a motion to extend time
    to file an amended petition for Adjusted Standard filed by
    Illinois Wood Energy Partners, L.P.
    (Wood Energy) on October 19,
    1994.
    The Board on October
    6,
    1994
    in its interim opinion and
    order directed Wood Energy to file an amended adjusted standard
    petition that satisfies the informational requirements set forth
    in Section 28.1 of the Act and 35 Iii.
    Adm. Code 106.705 or any
    otherwise appropriate motion with the Clerk of the Board within
    20 days of the date of this order.
    Wood Energy states that in order to complete its review and
    draft the appropriate pleadings it requests an additional seven
    (7) days to do so.
    Thus, Wood Energy is requesting us to allow
    it to file on or before November 2,
    1994 an amended petition or
    other motion.
    Pursuant to the Board’s procedural rules
    at 35
    Ill.
    Adm. Code 101.241(b)
    the Board finds that undue delay and
    material prejudice would result if the Board delayed ruling until
    the seven
    (7) day response time lapses.
    The motion additionally
    recites that the Agency has no objection to Wood Energy’s
    request.
    The Board grants Wood Energy’s motion to extend time to file
    in this matter.
    Wood Energy is to file an amended petition
    meeting the informational requirements set forth in Section 28.1
    of the Act and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 106.705 or any otherwise
    appropriate motion with the Clerk of the Board on or before
    November 2,
    1994.
