    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by N.McFawn):
    On August 2, 1994, A.E. Staley Manufacturing Company filed
    the instant appeal, and after having engaged in extensive
    settlement negotiations with the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency, the parties have reached a settlement.
    Accordingly, on October 11, 1994 petitioner filed a motion to
    withdraw the appeal. The motion is granted and the docket in
    this matter is hereby closed.
