    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (N. NcFawn):
    On Nay 2,
    1994, Sangamon County filed two administrative
    citations against ESG Watts,
    Inc.
    (ESG), which were docketed as
    AC 94—28 and AC 94—29.
    On October 4,
    1994, Sangamon County filed
    two additional administrative citations against ESG, which were
    docketed as AC 94—81 and AC 94-82.
    On October 19,
    1994, Sangamon
    County again filed two administrative citations against ESG,
    which were docketed as AC 94—90 and AC 94—91.
    Finally, on
    November
    7,
    1994, Sangamon County filed one additional
    administrative citation against ESG, which was docketed as AC 94—
    95.
    ESG appealed all of these administrative citations.
    Although all of the alleged violations occurred on different
    dates,
    each administrative citations alleges that ESG has
    violated various prohibitions contained in Section 21(o)(1)
    -

    of the Environmental Protection Act
    (Act)

    (1992).)
    In addition, all of the administrative
    citations filed by Sangamon County are based on the same
    individual’ s inspections.
    The Board has previously on its
    own
    motion consolidated for
    purposes of hearing nine
    (9) administrative citations filed by
    Sangamon County against ESG: AC 94-48, AC 94—49, AC 94-50, AC 94—
    51, AC 94—52, AC 94—58, AC 94—59, AC 94—60, and AC 94—61.
    In the
    interest of economy the Board on its own motion will further
    consolidate for purposes of hearing ACs 94—28,
    94-29,
    94—81, 94—
    82,
    94—90,
    94-91, and 94—95 with the ten prior consolidated
    cases.
    The Board makes no determination as to whether these

    cases will
    be consolidated for purposes of final decision.
    The
    hearing officer is directed to schedule a hearing in this matter.
