    On November 30,
    1994 petitioner filed a status report
    pursuant to Board order of September
    15,
    1994.
    Petitioner states
    that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) has
    made a settlement proposal, premised on petitioner submitting
    additional stormwater data.
    Petitioner has been submitting
    stormwater data to the Agency on an ongoing basis.
    The Agency
    requires additional data
    in order to have a representative sample
    of petitioner’s
    stormwater.
    Petitioner expects this case will be
    settled and not proceed to hearing.
    The Board accepts the petitioner’s status report and directs
    all future status reports to be filed at the discretion of the
    hearing officer.
