    This matter
    is before the Board on a motion for extension of
    time in which to file recommendation,
    filed by the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency)
    on December
    1,
    1994.
    Pursuant to
    35 Ill.
    Adm. Code 104.180(a),
    after investigating a
    variance petition, the Agency is required to make its
    recommendation to the Board on the disposition of the petition
    within 30 days after the filing of the petition.
    The Agency
    states that it has not recieved additional information from the
    petitioner that it requested and requires to make its
    recommendation.
    The petition for variance was filed by Major
    & Sandhu on
    October 31,
    1994.
    The Agency recommendation was therefore due to
    be filed on November 30,
    1994.
    The Agency requests an extension
    until December
    14,
    1994 to file its recommendation.
    The motion
    to allow filing of the Agency recommendation on December
    14,
    1994
    is hereby granted.
