ORDER OF THE BOARD
 (by J. Theodore Meyer):
This matter is before the Board on a
status
 report
filed
June
 8,
1995 by petitioner, Moline/Dutchway Dry Cleaners
(Dutchway).
Dutchway states that the Environmental Protection
Agency
 (Agency)
is awaiting further review from the Office of the
State Fire Marshal
 (OSFM)
 in this matter.
 Dutchway also states
that it has been unsuccessful
in obtaining review by OSFM because
OSFM’s personnel reductions and failure to reassign Dutchway’s
file have delayed the process.
 Finally, Dutchway states that the
Agency has no objection to continuing this case pending further
review by OSFM.
The Board accepts Dutchway’s status report.
 Noting that
this is a 1992 case, we reluctantly grant a temporary 90-day stay
of this proceeding to allow time for review by OSFM.
 Dutchway is
directed to file an updated status report with the Board no later
 than September 13,
 1995.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M.
 Gunn,
Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board, hereby certify—~thatthe above order was adopted on the
