    Respondents.
    CONCURRING OPINION
    (by E.
    Dunham):
I concur with the majority in this case for two specific
    reasons:
    1.
    Respondents,
in my opinion, failed to mount a vigorous
    defense.
    2.
There appeared to be tacit agreement
    in the hearing
transcript that Respondents’ activities were the cause
of harm to Complainant’s, and that the remedy
    prescribed
    in
    this
    Order
    is
    appropriate.
    For
    these
    reasons,
    I
    concur.
