I concur with the majority in this case for two specific
reasons:
1.
Respondents,
in my opinion, failed to mount a vigorous
defense.
2.
There appeared to be tacit agreement
in the hearing
transcript that Respondents’ activities were the cause
of harm to Complainant’s, and that the remedy
prescribed
in
this
Order
is
appropriate.
For
these
reasons,
