    On August 25, 1994,
    the Board received a status report

    petitioner.
    The status report indicates that a revised draft of
    the settlement proposal
    is being review by the Agency at this
    time.
    The petitioner remains confident that a reasonable
    settlement will be reached shortly.
    The petitioner also filed a
    waiver of the statutory decision date until December 31,
    1995.
    The Board accepts the waiver and directs the parties to file a
    status report with the Board to be received by the Board no later
    than December
    7,
    1994.
