    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by C.A. Manning):
    Pursuant to our order of June 23,
    1994,
    A.B. Dick Company
    (A.B.
    Dick)
    filed
    a status report on August 25,
    1994.
    A.B. Dick
    notified the Board that the parties continue to negotiate a
    settlement in this matter and in a related case, A.B. Dick v.
    IEPA, PCB 92-209. The company reports that it has completed
    sampling, and
    it has submitted a proposed course of action for
    completing remediation at the UST site.
    The parties have been
    meeting over the past several months and have tentatively
    scheduled a meeting for late July to negotiate a settlement of
    all remaining issues.
    A.B. Dick remains confident that an acceptable settlement
    agreement will be reached and requests that this matter not be
    set for hearing until the parties have exhausted all settlement
    opportunities.
    The statutory decision deadline in this case is
    January
    1,
    1996,
    therefore, we hereby accept the status report
    filed by A.B. Dick, and direct the parties to file an additional
    status report on or before Thursday, December 8,
    1994.
