This matter is before the Board on a joint status report,

filed by the parties on December 12,

1994.

The parties state

that they have been discussing petitioner Clayton Chemical

Company’s new Part B permit application, and that respondent the

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency issued a draft permit on

November 30,

1994.

Clayton Chemical

is now reviewing that draft

permit.

The parties continue to believe that the case is likely

to be resolved.

The joint status report is accepted.

The parties are

directed to file updated status reports (or a joint report) no

later than March 31,

1995.

That report shall include an

anticipated date of resolution of this matter.
