    ORDER OF THE BOARD:
    On August 26, 1994, Browning—Ferris Industries of Illinois,
    Inc. (Browning) filed a petition for review of the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency’s (Agency) denial of its permit
    regarding its facility located at 266 Vandustrial Drive, Downers
    Grove Township, DuPage County, Illinois. This matter was
    accepted for hearing at our September 1, 1994 meeting. The
    Agency filed its Record in this matter on September 29, 1994.
    The Agency also filed a motion to file the Record instanter. The
    Agency’s motion is granted.
