Section 22.4(a)

of the Act

(as amended by P.A. 88—496 and

88-512) requires the Board to adopt regulations implementing

Subtitle D of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act as

“identical in substance”.

Accordingly, the Board reserved this

docket for USEPA amendments during the period from January

1

through June 30,

1994.

During that time period, USEPA’s only action was to publish

a “Notice of final determination of full program adequacy for

Illinois’ application”.

Therefore no action

is necessary in this docket and the Board

hereby dismisses the proceeding.
