This matter is before the Board on a joint status report

filed by Outboard Marine Corporation

(OMC)

and the Illinois

Environmental Protection Agency

(Agency) on November 23,

1994.

In the status report, the parties indicate that they are in the

process of drafting a co-petition for an adjusted standard which

would grant OMC relief from the requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code

Part 218 Subpart TT for its facility in Waukegan,

Illinois.

This matter will be one year old on February 14,

1995.

Unless a joint petition or Agency recommendation has been filed

by that date,

the parties are directed to file a status report on

or before February 14,

1995.

Such status report must include

dates certain with which they intend to proceed in this matter.
