    This matter comes before the Board on a March 20,
    1995,
    motion to file the recommendation instanter filed by the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency).
    This petition was
    filed with the Board on February
    9,
    1995.
    Pursuant to 35 Ill.
    Adm.
    Code 104.180(a), the Agency’s recommendation
    is to be filed
    with the Pollution Control Board within 30 days “of the filing of
    the petition”.
    The recommendation was therefore due to be filed
    on March 10,
    1995.
    This motion and the recommendation were
    received 10 days
    late.
    The Agency’s motion to allow filing of the Agency
    recommendation instanter
    is hereby granted.
