    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by E. Dunham):
    On December 13,
    1994 the Board received a notice of
    settlement from the complainant.
    The notice of settlement stated
    that the parties had reached a settlement on the issues and that
    a formal settlement would be filed with the Board within
    30 days.
    The notice of settlement was provided to the Board
    so that the
    scheduled hearing would be cancelled.
    To date a “Formal Settlement” or “Motion to Withdraw” has
    not been filed with the Board
    in this matter.
    No substantive
    action has occurred in this matter since the filing of the notice
    of settlement.
    The parties are directed to file the appropriate
    motion within 30 days.
    Should they fail to do so, the Board
    orders the hearing officer to proceed to hearing.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
