ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Dr. Satchell):

On February 22, 1980 Petitioner filed a petition for variance

which is deficient in a number of respects. It fails to request

or waive a hearing as required by Procedural Rule 401(b), It

fails to identify the particular provisions of the regulations or

Board Order from which the variance is sought as required by Pro-

cedural Rule 401(a) (1). If it is a request for extension of a

previous variance it does not request incorporation of the previous

record under Procedural Rule 402. Other information required by

Procedural Rule 401(a) is also missing. The petition will there-

fore be dismissed without prejudice.
