    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by C.A. Manning):
    This matter is before the Board pursuant to a status report
    filed by the Illinois Attorney General on January 6,
    1995.
    The
    parties have been negotiating the settlement of this matter and
    at this juncture, the remaining issue involves the amount of the
    State’s penalty demand.
    The parties request that the Board
    maintain the present status of the matter, and not set this case
    for hearing.
    Accordingly, the Board hereby accepts the parties’ January
    6,
    1995 joint status report.
    All future status reports will be
    filed at the discretion of the hearing officer.
