    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by M. McFawn):
    This matter is before the Board on a November 28,
    1994
    motion for extension of time to file a recommendation filed by
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    Pursuant to
    Section 104.180 of the Board’s procedural rules
    (35 Ill. Adm.
    Code 104.180), the Agency must file its recommendation in
    response to a variance petition within 30 days of the filing of
    the petition.
    The petition in this matter was filed on November
    2,
    1994;
    the Agency recommendation is therefore due December 2,
    1994.
    The Agency seeks an extension until December 12,
    1994.
    In support of its motion, the Agency states that it has
    requested but has not yet received additional information from
    petitioner.
    The Agency asserts that it needs the requested
    information in order to make its recommendation.
    The requested extension is hereby granted.
    The Agency
    recommendation is now due on or before December 12,
    1994.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
