    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by M. McFawn):
    This matter is before the Board on a January 27,
    1995 joint
    motion for co-petitioner status,
    filed by the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) and Chase Products
    Company
    (Chase).
    In support of the motion,
    the parties state
    that they have been involved in extensive negotiations to address
    language changes to the adjusted standard petition proposed by
    the Agency.
    The parties state that the Second Amended Petition
    filed by Chase on January 18, 1995 resolved all issues of
    concern, and that the Agency now agrees to join as a co—
    petitioner
    in this petition,
    as requested by Chase.
    The Board hereby grants the Agency co-petitioner status in
    this matter.
    The Clerk’s office is directed to amend the caption
    in this docket to reflect this change.
