    to dismiss.
    The City of Wood River filed a petition for adjusted
    standard from 35

    and

    1994.
    The City of Wood River states that it has not complied
    with the publication requirements of 35 Ill.
    Adm. Code 106.711
    and is requesting that the petition be dismissed.
    The Board grants the petition to dismiss and closes this
    docket.
    The Board notes that the City of Wood River has refiled
    its petition for an adjusted standard in docket number AS 94-16.
