    (by C.A. Manning):
This matter is before the Board pursuant to a status report
    filed by Reynolds Metal Company

    on March
    8,
    1995.
    On
    December 14,
    1994,
we extended the stay in this case until March
    16,
    1995 while Reynolds awaits U.S.
    EPA’s final promulgation of a
    site-specific control requirement
    for Reynold’s aluminum rolling
    operations.
We asked petitioner to file an updated status report
    addressing the U.S.EPA’s progress,
    and
    if necessary a request for
    an extension of the stay.
In Reynolds’ most recent status report,
    the company states
that the proposed rule has been published
    in the
    Federal Register
by the USEPA and that the administrator of the USEPA has signed
    the rule.
The USEPA will publish the final rule in the
    Federal
    Register
    in the near future,
though the exact date is not known.
Reynolds requests an extension of the stay beyond March 16,
    1995.
    Reynolds’ motion is hereby granted.
    The stay
    in this
matter shall be extended until June
    15,
    1995.
    Reynolds
    is
directed to file a status report on or before Thursday, June
    8,
1995 indicating the status of the federal rule.
    If, however, the
rule is finally promulgated in the
    Federal Register
    before June
    8,
1995, Reynolds is requested to file the appropriate motion
    withdrawing the petition.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
