This matter is before the Board on Cabot Corporation’s

October 14, 1994 motion for modification of Board order. The

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) has indicated

that it intends to respond to that motion. Thus, the Board, on

its own motion, extends the Agency’s time to respond until

November 17, 1994. We note that this is the only extension that

will be granted, and that we intend to proceed to decision on

this motion at our December 1, 1994 Board meeting, regardless of

whether we have received a response from the Agency.
