ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):

This matter

is

before the Board on a motion to withdraw a

portion of the record filed by the Illinois Environmental

Protection Agency (Agency) on January 9, 1995. According to the

Agency, Map Set Volumes I and II were made a part of the record

in error and the Agency requests that they be withdrawn from the

record and returned to the Agency. The map sets are of two

landfills not related to the instant permit appeal and their

inclusion is inadvertent.

The motion is hereby granted. Map Set Volumes I and II are

hereby withdrawn from the record and the Clerk of the Board is

directed to return both volumes to the Agency.
