Allied Metal Company is an Illinois
Corporation and the filing was submitted by William C.
Kallas,

Inc.
There is no indication
Mr. Kallas is an attorney licensed to practice in the State of
Illinois.
Therefore the Board is prohibited from accepting this
filing pursuant to Board procedural rule at 35 Ill.
Adm. Code
101.107 (a) (2).
Section 101.107(a) (2) requires that:
