    Pursuant to the Board’s order of October
    6,
    1994,
    petitioners filed an amended petition on October 24,
    1994.
    The
    filing of the amended petition restarts the Board’s decision
    timeclock, with the actual decision date now calculated as
    February 17,
    1995.
    Accordingly, unless the decision date is waived by the
    respondents, the Board would anticipate reaching a decision at
    its regularly scheduled meeting of February 16,
    1995.
    Hearing
    shall proceed as scheduled pursuant to the Board’s order of
    October
    6,
    1994,
    and orders of the hearing officer.
