    This matter is before the Board on its own motion.
    On

    1994 the Board ordered both parties to file a status
    report by July 1,
    1994.
    Neither of the parties has complied with
    the Board order.
    The Board directs both Clayton Chemical Company
    and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to file status
    reports
    (or a joint report,
    if the parties prefer) no later than
    December 30,
    1994.
    This action before the Board has been pending
    since 1991,
    and failure to comply will subject this docket to
    dismissal.
