ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by M. McFawn):
This matter is before the Board on two joint motions for
extension of time filed on February 14,
1995:
the first filed on
behalf of petitioners DoAll Company,
D0A11 Credit Corporation,
and the Rams-Head Company
(collectively, DoAll)
and respondent
Mobil Oil Company, and the second filed on behalf of DoA11 and
respondent Skokie Valley Asphalt Company (SVA).
In both joint
motions, the parties seek an extension of time until March 20,
1995 for DoAll to respond to the motion to dismiss filed by the
joint-movant respondent.
By order dated February 2,
1995, the
Board had directed DoA11 to file its response to the motions to
dismiss by February 20,
1995.
In support of the motions for extension of time,
the parties
state that they are continuing settlement negotiations, and that
the parties have agreed to the requested extension.
The motion for extension of time is granted.
Both DoA11’s
response to Mobil’s motion to dismiss and DoA11’s response to
SVA’s motion to dismiss are now due March 20,
1995.
Alternatively, the parties may file status reports, either
jointly or separately,
by that date.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn,
Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
