    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by C.A. Manning):
    This matter is before the Board on a joint status report
    filed November 22,
    1994 by Olin Corporation
    (Olin) pursuant to
    the Board’s order of August 11,
    1994.
    The parties have agreed on
    a means of resolving the RCRA permit appeal and are currently
    pursuing permit modification and an amendment to the Part B
    application to conform to the most recent Agency Guidance
    document, incorporating all modifications since the permit was
    filed in November,
    1990.
    In the recent status report, Olin indicates it submitted a
    revised Part B permit application to the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency on March 25,
    1994 and the Agency is currently
    reviewing the application.
    Olin also noted that the parties
    expect any remaining issues to be resolved by mutual agreement
    after review of the permit modification request and revised
    permit application, resulting in issuance of a final permit and
    dismissal of this appeal.
    The Board accepts the status report and directs the parties
    to file an additional status report either on or before Thursday,
    April
    13,
    1995.
    We note that Olin has filed a decision deadline waiver in
    this case extending the due date until May 1,
    1996.
