    set for hearing until the parties have exhausted all settlement
    opportunities.
    The statutory decision deadline in this case

    therefore,
    we hereby accept the status report
    filed by A.B.
    Dick, and direct all future status reports to be
    filed at the discretion of the hearing officer.
