    This matter comes before the Board on the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency’s (Agency)
    February 7,
    1995 a
    “Motion for Further Extension of Time to File the Agency
    Recommendation”.
    In a January 11,
    1995 order the Board granted
    the Agency an extension until January 20,
    1995 to file response
    to the petition for adjusted standard.
    The Agency requests an
    additional two weeks to file its response due to illness of the
    attorney assigned to this matter.
    The Board grants the Agency a further extension of time to
    file its response.
    The Agency shall file its response with the
    Board on or before March
    1,
    1995.
