ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by

On
January
6,
1995,

the
Galesburg
Sanitary
District
(District)
and
the respondent the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency
(Agency), filed a joint
status
report and
motion for extension of stay.
The
petitioner
waived
the
April
20,
1995 decision date for
this
matter
to
November
20,
1995.
On December 30,
1994, the
petitioner filed its adjusted standard
(AS 94-20) with the Board.
If AS 94-20
is granted by the Board, this permit appeal would be
moot.
The District and the Agency agreed to expeditiously
proceed with the adjusted standard proceedings.
The Agency
reviewed the joint status report and motion for extension to stay
and
the
Agency will not file a response.
The
motion
to
stay
is
granted, and this matter is stayed
until June 15,
1995.
The
parties
are
directed to file status
reports, either jointly or separately,
no later than June 5,
1995.
