1993, the U.S. Department of the Army

(Department), filed an amended petition for review of the

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s (Agency) denial of its

Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)

Part B permit.

On

February 6,

1995, the Department filed a motion to withdraw its

permit appeal.

The motion to voluntarily withdraw the permit

appeal is granted and the docket in this matter is closed.
