    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter is before the Board on a January 25,
    1995 status
    report filed by petitioner Chase Products Company (Chase).
    Chase
    has also waived the decision deadline in this matter until June
    18,
    1995.
    In its status report,
    Chase indicates that the
    Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) has agreed to modify
    Chase’s permit as requested by Chase.
    Chase states that the
    Agency needs 35 days to issue the a new permit with the agreed
    upon modifications, and that Chase intends to withdraw its permit
    appeal once the new permit is issued.
    The parties are directed to file a status report, either
    jointly or separately,
    on or before March 30,
    1995.
