    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (J. Theodore Meyer):
    This matter comes before the Board on a motion for extension
    of time filed by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency)
    on May 2,
    1995.
    The Agency is seeking a 15—day
    extension to file its recommendation in order to allow petitioner
    time to evaluate alternative methods to variance relief.
    Petitioner’s attorney has been informed of the request for
    additional time and has not objected.
    The hearing in this matter
    is set for Nay 26,
    1995.
    The Board believes that neither petitioner nor the public
    will be prejudiced by this request,
    and hereby grants the
    Agency’s motion for an extension of time to file its
    recommendation.
    The recommendation is now due on or before May
    15,
    1995.
