ORDER OF THE BOARD

On February 1,

1995, American Waste Processing and the

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) filed a joint

status report in response to the Board order of December 1,

1994.

Petitioner has provided the Board with an open waiver of the

decision deadline in this matter.

After the hearings in this matter were concluded,

the

parties agreed that the petitioner should file a new Part B

application.

A new Part B permit application has been filed by

petitioner and has been accepted for completeness by the Agency.

The Agency has given a commitment to the United States

Environmental Protection Agency that a draft permit will be

issued on or before March 31,

1995.

The parties request that the

Board continue to defer consideration of the record until March

31,

1995

The Board will continue to defer review of this matter.

The

Board directs the parties to file status reports or a joint

status report on or before April 10,

1995.
