    time filed by respondent, Mobil Oil Corporation.
    Mobil

    seeking a 30-day extenstion in which to file a motion to dismiss,
    stating that it did not receive service of the complaint until

    1995, and the company requires additional time in which
    to gather evidence and prepare a response.
    The motion is hereby granted.
    The motion to dismiss is now
