This matter
is before the Board on a motion for extension of

Association
(IPMA).
The motion seeks an additional 14 days in
which to submit information regarding the “several similar
categories”
into which the listed sites

concerning their individual reasons for non—compliance, hardship,
and prior efforts to achieve compliance.
The information was due
on or before February
23,
1995.
The motion is hereby granted.
The information is now due to
be filed with the Board and served on the Agency on or before
March
9,
1995.
The Board notes that the hearing is scheduled for
March 17,
1995 and the decision due date is April 20,
1995.
We
recognize that the Agency is allowed by procedural rule 14 days
in which to file a recommendation, however due to the stringent
timetable under which all parties are operating,
the Agency is
requested to file the recommendation in this matter prior to the
hearing being held,
