On April
24,
1995, petitioner filed
a motion for stay
pending appeal.
Petitioners seek a stay of the Board’s orders of
January
19,
1995,
and March
16,
1995,
remanding this landfill
siting case back to Williamson County.
On April 26,
1995,
the
respondents filed an objection to motion for stay.
The motion to
stay was filed after the petitioners and respondent had filed
cross—appeals in the Appellate Court.’
Therefore,
the Board
is
without jurisdiction and the motion for stay is denied.
Petitioners are,
of course,
free to raise their motion for stay
in the appellate court.
